작품설명 의학 서적 <리프팅학, 2025> 에 들어가는 내지 일러스트입니다. 얼굴의 처진 피부와 근육을 당겨 윤곽을 되살리는 수술인 안면부 거상술 중, 목과 턱선의 늘어진 조직을 정리해 선을 또렷하게 만드는 목거상술에서 쓰이는 술기인 귀 뒤 접근법(Postauricular Approach) 중 귀 뒤와 머리카락선 안쪽 부분을 절개해서 SMAS 측면에 고정하는 과정에 대해 다룬 일러스트입니다.

This is an interior illustration for the medical book . This illustration depicts a step in the postauricular approach used in neck lift surgery―one of the techniques incorporated within facelift procedures, which restore facial contour by elevating sagging skin and underlying musculature. In this method, applied specifically to address laxity of the neck and jawline, an incision is made within the postauricular crease and along the hairline to access and secure the lateral SMAS.
